How do I make a maintenance request?

Making a maintenance request has never been easier!

Follow the steps below to send your first maintence request using our staff portal:

1. Go to our CBFNY's Staff Portal main page

2. Look on the right side of the screen and look for the section called "Form"

3. Underneath the section called "Form" you will see the words "Maintenance Request Form"

4. Click on the words "Maintenance Request Form"

5. This will take you to the Maintenance Request Form page. Now all you have to do is fill out the form and press submit. It's that easy!
