Camp Joy Overnight Registration
 

REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS

PLEASE NOTE THAT YOUR REGISTRATION IS NOT CONSIDERED COMPLETE UNTIL YOU HAVE SUBMITTED

ALL REQUIRED  DOCUMENTS  AND PAYMENT HAS BEEN RECEIVED IN FULL.  

  • Completed and sign Registration Application (including payments)

  • Physical Exam Paperwork filled out completely by doctor (per child) 

  • Copy of front and back of camper's insurance card

  • Activity Participation Agreement (included in registration form)

  • Sunscreen Permission Form (included in registration form)

  • Privacy Notice (included in registration form)

  • Photograph and Video Release (included in registration form)

 

REGISTRATION STEPS

STEP 1
  1. Pay the camp fees.

    1. Registration Fee = $50 (per camper)

    2. Camper Fee = $125 (per camper)

    3. $175 per camper

  2. Register each of your camper online.

  3. Fill out the Physical Form

  4. Download or view:

STEP 2

Your doctor must fill out the 

Physical Exam Form COMPLETELY

  1. Schedule a physical exam for each camper.

  2. Send and email us a copy of the exam:

STEP 3
  1. Prepare yourself and your child(ren) to enjoy camp and be away.

  2. Pray that the Lord would use this time to greatly impact your child(ren).

  3. Make a check list of things to bring to camp.

  4. Show up at the Check In location.  

 

PAYMENT INFORMATION

CAMP PRICE 

First Overnight: $75 (per camper)

 

Every Additional Overnight is: $40 (per camper per night)

 

Total Fees: $ (per camper)

RESERVE A SPOT

To reserve a spot for your camper you must pay a 

$50 NONREFUNDABLE Registration Fee

PAYMENT DEADLINE

If we DO NOT receive a camper's Registration Fee and Camper Fee 7 days prior to your camper's session,

we WILL NOT ACCEPT that child and/or teen as a camper.

FEES PER CAMPER

Please note that the Registration Fee

and Camper Fee is per camper.

HOW DO I PAY?

You will be directed automatically to PayPal once you click the registration button.

You CAN use PayPal with a major credit card or debit card without having a PayPal account. 

If you would like to be put on a six-month payment plan check out with PayPal and select the BillMeLater option.

HEALTH CENTER PAPERWORK

This paperwork will need to be printed and filled out by your camper's doctor and faxed and/or mailed to us.
